Create a vendor invitation

  1. Select Add vendor from the dashboard.
  2. Enter the vendor’s business name, contact person, and preferred email.
  3. Choose the requirement template that matches the type of work or project.
  4. Add any notes the vendor should see, such as site safety rules or payment expectations.

Track submission progress

  • Monitor the live checklist that shows which sections are complete, pending, or require updates.
  • Communicate within the portal using comments, keeping questions and answers tied to the submission.
  • Reassign reviewers when workload shifts or a subject matter expert needs to weigh in.

Approve with confidence

  • Review each document with contextual guidance on what to verify.
  • Request changes if something is unclear. Vendors receive a prompt to update the specific item.
  • Once everything checks out, approve the submission so the vendor is cleared for procurement and project teams.
