Viewing alerts

  • All alerts are available in the Alerts page of the portal, where you can see all active and historical alerts.
  • Each alert displays vendor details, including the vendor name and relevant information about the issue.
  • Alerts highlight documents that need attention, such as expiring licences, insurances, and certifications.
  • Click on any alert to view the full vendor profile and see the specific document that requires action.

Email notifications

  • Each morning, users with Admin role receive an email notification if there are new critical alerts.
  • These daily summaries help ensure important issues don’t go unnoticed.
  • Email notifications provide a quick overview of new critical alerts that require attention.

Responding to alerts

  • Request updated documentation directly from the Alerts page, keeping the conversation inside TradesField.
  • Each alert links directly to the vendor profile, making it easy to access all relevant information.

Continuous assurance

  • Historical alerts remain on record, showing when issues were raised and resolved.
  • Use the monitoring report to spot trends, for example, a subcontractor with repeated lapses.
